Scope
This policy covers personal data processed through this website. Personal data processed inside a Zipr deployment is governed by the agreement between Zipr and the operator of that destination, who determines what is collected and why.
What this website collects
- Details you submit through the contact form: name, work email, organisation and your message.
- Technical information necessary to serve the site, such as your browser type and approximate region.
- A record of whether you dismissed the announcement band, stored in your own browser rather than on our servers.
How it is used
Contact form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of that correspondence. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use website enquiry data for automated marketing sequences.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then deleted in line with our internal retention schedule. The schedule is to be confirmed before publication.
Your rights
