Overview
Conservation limits are operational limits.
A park cannot sell its way out of a capacity rule. Zone quotas exist for the habitat, not the quarter, and every booking has to respect them before anyone reaches the forest gate.
Zipr treats the permit, the vehicle, the guide and the passenger list as one record. If a drive is cancelled for weather, the same record drives the refund, the reallocation and the gate list.
